Midrasha (7th, 8th & 9th grades)

Our mission is to provide real and relevant learning experiences that engage our teens, encouraging them to see the world through Jewish eyes.

  1. We will challenge our students to apply Torah to their daily lives as responsible Jewish adults.
  2. We will nurture a sense of responsibility to the Jewish community, the community within which we live, and Israel.
  3. We will provide opportunities for students to dialogue about and interact with Jewish text, fostering a desire to be life-long learners of Torah.
  4. We will provide various avenues for students to express and explore their Judaism.
  5. We will provide opportunities for our students to participate in prayer and chant Torah.
  6. We will instill a sense of historical linkage between Biblical history and current Jewish and Israeli developments.

We want our high school program to continue to instill in our students a love and passion for all things Jewish.

The middle and high school years are filled with moments of anxiety and questions.

We want our students to learn how to use Judaism as a living faith, as a system of beliefs and a history of a people which daily inspires us to do “the right thing.”

Therefore our program is crafted to be timely and yet timeless, to teach ancient lessons that have an impact on our lives every moment that we breathe.

Yasher Koach to our students and their parents, for making Jewish education a priority in their lives.
