We meet in Room 3 and then go to the Sanctuary for the end of services. Our leader, Morah Gloria Lowy, provides Shabbat and age appropriate activities, including prayers, songs, stories, drama, games and more. We use the beautiful new prayerbook “Siddur Mah Tov”, which allows meaning and spirituality to readers and non-readers alike.

Kehillat Noar (3rd-6th Grade)

We meet in Room 4 for Torah study and other activities and then continue with a spirited camplike Shabbat service led by Moreh Todd Hacker. Full of ruach and song, this positive and energetic Shabbat setting encourages participation with intention and attention to what we are doing— building a prayer community. We will join our families in the Sanctuary for the end of services.

We encourage families to attend Shabbat Morning services always, especially when the Children's Shabbats are in session.

Meeting Dates for Shorashim and Kehillat Noar:

Dor L'Dor Services - are intergenerational Shabbat morning services with activities geared to families with children of all ages, where adults participate with their children to engage in Shabbat learning and praying. Parents and/or grandparents with their children gather for services and age appropriate activities will be offered focusing on different themes. A mini-kiddush will be held at the end of programming, and families will then proceed to the main sanctuary for the end of services together with the entire congregation.
